Nail Training · Mullingar & Online

Learn nails properly.
Not off a 30 second video.

Most people teaching themselves nails online are copying the pretty part and skipping the bit that makes it last. Prep, structure, apex, safe e-file work. That is what gets taught here, by someone who has been doing it for over six years.

Founding group is capped. Doors open once, then the price goes up.

Three people usually book this

If one of these sounds like your last few weeks, you are in the right place.

01

You have never touched a client

You want this to be a real job, not a hobby. You do not know what to buy, what is safe, or what the first paying client actually looks like. You need the whole path laid out in order.

Start with Foundations Online, then the practical day.

02

Your work keeps lifting

You did a course somewhere, you can make a set look nice, and then it pops off in nine days and you are doing free fixes. Nearly always prep and structure, nearly never the product you blamed.

Start with Foundations Online, or the in person day.

03

The e-file scares you

You bought one, you used it twice, you put it in a drawer. Meanwhile everyone faster than you is using one on every single client and saving forty minutes a set.

Start with the e-file module, or the in person day.

Jenny only signs off work she has actually seen

You will see online courses promising a certificate watched entirely at home, no assessment, and some of those certificates will even get you insurance. That is the part nobody says out loud: an insurer might accept a certificate nobody watched you earn. Your clients won't.

So this academy splits the two things honestly. The knowledge goes online, because it is the same knowledge whether you are in Mullingar or Mayo and you should be able to rewatch it at 11pm. The assessment happens in person, because Jenny puts her name to a certificate only after she has watched your hands do the work.

What online gives you
  • Every technique filmed close up and rewatchable forever
  • Theory, nail health, contraindications, hygiene
  • The exact kit list, and what not to waste money on
  • Pricing, clients and getting booked out
  • Feedback on photos of your own work
What only in person gives you
  • Jenny watching your hands and correcting them live
  • E-file pressure and angle, felt not described
  • Working on a real model, start to finish
  • An assessed, signed certificate

If you only ever do the online part, you will be a much better nail artist, and your certificate of completion is yours to use however your insurer allows. The assessed certificate, the one with Jenny's signature on it, is earned in the room. That is said up front on purpose.

Inside the course

Eight modules,
in the order you actually need them

No filler. Every module exists because it is something Jenny fixes for people who come to her already trained somewhere else.

01 Nails, honestlyAnatomy, health and what you must never do

The nail unit, how it grows, and how damage actually happens. Contraindications you have to spot and turn away. Hygiene, sanitising and cross contamination. Boring for ten minutes, then it saves you for the rest of your career.

02 PrepThe reason your work lifts

Cuticle work, the true nail plate, dust, dehydration and how far to take it. Filmed close up on a real hand so you can see exactly where to stop. If you only watch one module, this is the one that changes your retention.

03 The e-file, without fearBits, speed, angle, pressure

What each bit is for, what speed it wants, and how to hold it so you never catch skin. Cuticle work, backfill, and the safe removal method Jenny uses on every client. Slow, close up, repeated until it stops being scary.

04 BIAB and builder gelApex, structure and a set that survives

Bead control, placement, floating the product, and building an apex in the right place. Then the fixes: too thick, too flat, pooling at the cuticle, shrinking at the free edge. Each one shown going wrong and then going right.

05 Nail artFrom a saved photo to the real set

Brush control and the small details that make a design look deliberate instead of shaky. How to break down the picture a client shows you and rebuild it on the nail, and how to price art time so a detailed set pays instead of eating your day.

06 Infills and removalThe two thirds of the job nobody teaches

Most of your week will be infills, not fresh sets, and most training barely covers them. Rebalancing, chasing regrowth, and careful e-file removal that leaves the natural nail intact. This is where speed and repeat clients come from.

07 Design foundationsThe finishes that get you booked

Chrome, french, ombre and clean hand painted line work. Not two hundred designs, the handful that sell over and over, done to a standard that photographs well.

08 Getting booked outPricing, clients, photos and repeat business

What to charge and how to raise it without losing people. Booking, deposits and no shows. Taking a photo of a set that actually looks like the set. Rebooking on the day, which is the single habit that fills a diary.

Modules are released as they are filmed, and the founding group gets every one of them plus everything added later, at no extra cost.

Questions

The things people ask before they book

Will this let me insure myself and charge clients?

The online course gives you a certificate of completion. Some insurers accept online-only certificates, others want to see an assessed qualification, so always check the exact requirement with the insurer you plan to use before you book anything, anywhere. The practical day gives you the stronger answer either way: a certificate Jenny has assessed and signed in person.

I have never done a nail in my life. Is this too advanced?

No. It starts at the very beginning, with what a nail is and what you are allowed to do to it. If you already work on clients you can skip the first two modules, but most people who do them say they should have watched them years ago.

I already work as a nail tech. Is there anything for me?

Yes. Jenny runs a one day upskilling course in the studio for techs already in the business, for €250. You already hold your qualification, so there is nothing to re-certify, it is purely about making your work faster, cleaner and longer lasting. The online course also works well as a refresher you can keep. Message Jenny on Instagram about upskilling dates.

Do I need to buy a kit first?

Not before you start. The kit list is inside the course, with Irish suppliers and honest notes on what is worth the money. Watch the first modules, then buy. It usually saves people a few hundred euro in things they would have bought for no reason.

How long do I have access for?

Forever, including anything added later. There is no subscription and nothing expires.

Where does the practical day happen, and how long is it?

In Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, a full day, one to one or in a very small group. Dates are arranged with you directly once you have worked through the online modules.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, on both online courses. Mention it when you join the list and Jenny will set it up.

What if it is not for me?

Watch the first two modules. If you genuinely do not think it is going to help you, email within 14 days and you get your money back. Keep the kit list either way.

When does it open?

The founding group opens first and it is capped, so that Jenny can actually give feedback to everyone in it. Join the list and you will hear before anyone else, at the founding price.
